Zalaznik Creative Return Policy
At Zalaznik Creative, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our art and engraved goods. Because many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited runs, we have established the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
1. Custom & Laser Engraved Items
Personalized Products: Any items that have been custom laser engraved (including wood signs, corporate gifts, or personalized apparel) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Design Approval: For custom orders, we provide digital proofs. Once a proof is approved by the customer, Zalaznik Creative is not responsible for typos or design errors present in the approved proof.
2. Art Prints & Non-Custom Merchandise
Returns: We accept returns on non-custom art prints and "Art Shop" merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition. Prints that have been framed, bent, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., a cracked wood engraving or a creased print):
Please contact us at (563) 213-4088 or via our Contact Page within 48 hours of receipt.
Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during the shipping process.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an eligible item, please email us or visit our studio at 3224 Dodge St, Suite 15, Dubuque, IA. Please have your order number ready.
