Where are you located?
3224 Dodge St, Suite 15, Dubuque, IA 52003. Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.
How long have you been in business?
Zalaznik Creative has been designing for businesses since 2014.
Do you work with clients outside Dubuque?
Yes. We work with clients across Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin, and anywhere by phone, email and video call.
How do I get a quote?
Use the Get a Quote button, call (563) 213-4088, or stop by. Tell us what you need, your quantity and your deadline.
Do I own my logo and files?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, all final files and rights are yours.
Can you update my existing website?
Yes, including Squarespace, WordPress and Shopify sites.
Banners & engraving
How do UPS centers order recognition banners?
Use our UPS order pages for Circle of Honor, Polo, Top Gun and Safe Work Day banners. Most orders ship about two weeks after the proof is confirmed.
Do you make custom banners for other businesses?
Yes. We design and produce custom vinyl banners for businesses, schools and events. Ask for a quote with your size and quantity.
Can you engrave something I bring in?
Often, yes. Send a photo of the item and we will tell you what is possible.
How long do orders take?
It depends on the project. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we will be upfront about timing.
