Each banner is custom printed in full color on heavy-duty, weatherproof vinyl with grommets for hanging. Recognition banners carry the employee's name, years of safe driving and year inducted.

Names: spell them exactly as they should print, including capitals.
Needed by: the date of the recognition meeting, so I can tell you right away if it's tight.
Safe Work Day banners: use the employee column for the center name and put the number of safe work days in Years.
Billing: add the district name, who to invoice and their email at the top of the sheet.

About 2 weeks, door to door
Every banner is printed in-house and ships about 2 weeks after the order is placed. Each center's banners are packed and labeled for that center and shipped straight to its building.
Shipping is a flat $38 for the whole district order, no matter how many centers or banners it covers.
Each center contact on the sheet gets a tracking email when their box ships, so nobody has to ask where a banner is.
Need banners sooner? Rush service ships in about 1 week instead of 2, for $35 per order. Mark it on your sheet or mention it in your email.

Do we see a proof before printing?
No. Banners are printed exactly as written on your order sheet, which keeps turnaround fast. Please double-check spelling and years before you send it.
How quickly can we get banners?
Banners ship about 2 weeks after the order. Put your meeting date in the "Needed by" column and I'll tell you right away if it's tight. If you need them sooner, rush service ships in about 1 week for $35 per order.
Can each center ship to its own building?
Yes. That's the point of the sheet: every row has its own ship-to address, and each center gets its own tracking email. Shipping stays a flat $38 for the whole order, however many centers it goes to.
Can we split the district into more than one order?
Yes. Place one order for the whole district, or separate orders, for example one per center, each with its own invoice. Shipping is a flat $38 per order.
Can we add more drivers later in the year?
Yes. Send a new sheet with just the new rows whenever you have new inductees.
Can a single center still order on its own?
Yes. Single banners can still be ordered any time through the UPS Banners page.
Is this an official UPS program?
